A tree removal provider working on a large tree beside a ranch home in Spring Hill

Last updated: October 2026

Lockdig Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Lockdig Tree Service
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know our limits, though. Lockdig Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@lockdig.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle it, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
